Mount Abu in the Clouds

Mount Abu is Rajasthan’s only hill station. In monsoon it becomes something else entirely. Clouds roll through the Aravalli valleys, the hills turn an impossible green, waterfalls appear on roads you’ve driven a hundred times and the whole place feels like it belongs somewhere else. On this trip we drive through the night, arrive to misty hills, spend two days exploring the corners of Abu that most tourists never reach, do one proper party night, one bonfire night under monsoon clouds, and drive back Sunday with people you did not know on Thursday.
