1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website and/or booking a tour with Onlitrip, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2) Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Onlitrip” — the tour operator/website owner.
• “You”, “Traveller”, “Participant” — the individual making a booking or enquiry.
• “Services” — tours, itineraries, bookings and related support offered by us.

3) Eligibility & conduct

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to book a tour.
• You agree to provide accurate information and comply with local laws and guide instructions.

4) Booking & payments

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance/deposit and send a confirmation email.
• Unless stated otherwise, a deposit (e.g., 30%) is payable to confirm the seat. Balance is typically due 20 days before departure.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking may be cancelled as per our Refund Policy.

5) Pricing, taxes & fees

• Prices listed are per person unless specified.
• GST/taxes and any service/processing fees are shown in the price breakdown.
• Prices are subject to change due to supplier changes, currency fluctuations or errors; we will inform you before confirmation.

6) Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Payment Policy. Please review it before booking.

7) Changes by Onlitrip

• We may reschedule or modify itineraries due to operational, safety or weather reasons.
• If we cancel a tour, you may opt for a full refund of the base price or reschedule to a future date.

8) Traveller responsibilities

• Carry valid ID, permits and required documents.
• Disclose medical conditions that may affect participation and obtain necessary medical advice.
• Follow safety instructions; avoid littering; respect local culture and environment.

9) Health, safety & insurance

• You participate at your own risk; certain activities involve inherent risks (trekking, adventure etc.).
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel/medical insurance covering cancellations, illness and emergencies.

10) Force majeure

We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).

11) Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of enjoyment, additional expenses, etc.).
• Third‑party services (transport, hotels, activities) are subject to their own terms.

12) Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Onlitrip. You may not copy/use it without permission.

13) Privacy

We respect your privacy. Learn how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.

14) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at our registered location.
