Important Notes

  • Same-gender sharing is provided for solo travellers.
  • Booking is confirmed only after payment and availability check.
  • Valid ID proof is required before departure.
  • If you travel in your own vehicle, you will join the group at the destination; hotel, meals, and activities remain the same as the group.
  • Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30% advance to confirm your seat.
  • Remaining 70% due 15 days before departure.
  • Cancelled 30+ days before - 90% refund.
  • Cancelled 15 to 29 days before - 50% refund.
  • Cancelled 8 to 14 days before - 25% refund.
  • Cancelled 4 to 7 days before - 10% refund.
  • Cancelled 3 days or less - no refund.
  • 5% GST non-refundable in all cases.
