Tour Itinerary
Day 1
- Late-night meet at Delhi hub; ID & roll-call.
- Overnight transfer to venue (AC Tempo Traveller / Mini-bus).
Day 2
- Arrival & check-in; green rooms assigned (performers & crew).
- Glam station open; performers prep.
- Rehearsal block A: full cast stage blocking & sound check.
- Lunch & relaxed content shoots (step-and-repeat / poolside BTS).
- Rehearsal block B: ramp choreography & awards flow run-through.
- Red-Carpet arrivals: paparazzi shots, short interviews (social clips).
- Opening performance → Sangeet Block 1 (3–4 short acts).
- Ramp Walk (Bollywood Glam) — Best Walk recognition.
- Gala Dinner.
- Awards Segment: 8–10 categories — winners, trophy photos.
- Grand Finale group performance + confetti; After-party / DJ set (dance floor) until curfew.
Day 3
- Winners’ photoshoot, BTS reels, short interviews.
- Leisure brunch, final group photo & award handouts.
- Checkout & depart for Delhi; evening arrival back to hub.

- Govt photo ID required at boarding & check-in
- No illegal substances — zero tolerance (removal = no refund)
- Music curfew as per venue agreement — respect local rules
- Guests must follow coordinator/stage manager instructions

- Carry a valid ID (government-issued)
- Respect others (no rude or unsafe behavior)
- Misbehavior or harassment = removal without refund
- Follow the trip leader (for smooth coordination)
